After booking your appointment and making the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment on your registered email address from the email address email@example.com. This message may be sent to your Spam, Promotions, or other inboxes, so please do a thorough search of your inbox. If you do not receive this message within half an hour of successfully making your payment, please contact the alternative story by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your phone number and a copy of your payment confirmation ASAP so that we can cross-check our booking system for any issues with your booking.
Please note that you can cancel or reschedule your appointment only up to twenty-four hours before its scheduled time. Any cancellations or rescheduling after that will attract a cancellation fee of half your minimum appointment fee. At the time of your appointment, your counsellor will wait a maximum of fifteen minutes for you to appear. Any delay longer than that will be treated as a no-show and will also attract a cancellation charge of half the appointment fee.
