Following these three simple steps, you will be able to start consulting patients within 4 hours. And that too, without requiring any additional device, setup or training. So read on and you will be on your way to digitally consult your patients without any fear of spreading infection.
Step 1, Online Appointment Booking: We will create a webpage through which patients can book appointments with you. In order to create this webpage, we will require basic information such as your specialization and OPD timings. This information can be shared over email or WhatsApp and your exclusive webpage will be ready within 3 hours.

Step 2, Online Payment: Consultation fees can be collected in a method of your choice – UPI (PhonePe, BHIM, Google Pay), Wallet (PayTM), QR code or Netbanking via NEFT/IMPS. Whichever mode is convenient to you, will be displayed along with the consultation fees. The payment will come directly to your account so you do not have to worry about cross-checking with us at any time. We do not take any commission on your consultation fees. Step 3, Consultation: Once the appointment is booked, you will be notified to consult the patient over a phone or video call, as per your comfort and requirement. Consultation slots will be pre-booked and you will be able to see the queue of patients and schedule automatic follow-ups. You can shift between online and real consultations as our system works for walk-in patients, equally well. Once the consultation is over, you can easily share the prescription with the patient by one-touch from within our app. You won’t have to type the prescription on your mobile. You write it on your letterpad in the usual way using pen & paper. Please remember to write “Telemedicine” or “Teleconsultation” at the top of the prescription to avoid any medico-legal liabilities in future.
